Helicarrier's exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They were used in Avengers, Captain America: Winter Soldier, and Avengers: Age of Ultron. They were also featured extensively in Agents of Shield.
To my knowledge, there is no Helicarrier in any of the X-Men movies or Fantastic Four. Ergo, Deadpool is already in the MCU.
And with Bob Iger saying that they are open to a Marvel R-Rated Brand... I'm calling it now... Deadpool in the MCU is cannon.
