I heard from a pretty reliable source that as much as six promotions maybe joining the United Wrestling Network.
Of them a pretty well known indie promotion who's been running nearly two decades.
More as it's released.

Jay, for someone who isn't fully aware of what they are doing can you let me know what the United Wrestling Network are doing?
This isn't a knock but more of an information question.

United Wrestling Network is a network of wrestling promotions who are or are working towards producing television wrestling. In addition to CWFH, other members include NYWC, NECW, Metro Sports, UCW-Zero, Canadian's Wrestling Elite, FSW in Las Vegas, and I think I might be forgetting about one or two more. They most recently announced Main Event wrestling based on the eastern part of Texas.

Totally different concepts. Apart from the fact you don't pay a fee and they encourage all promotions to be on TV what's really different? It's an alliance of promotions, what makes this concept different? I would really love to know and I'm being serious

Totally different concepts. Actually it isn't a different concept at all. The reason I started the sanction is because of what I learned within the NWA. The only thing that is different is that I demand that the promotions agree to produce television and that I don't collect a fee. If I feel the participant isn't going to move on TV, I press on without them.

I never had the chance to really work with David or get to know him on pleasant terms....but I can answer this. Yes. The Alliance revolves around an individual and it's all about getting him over. David actually promotes wrestling, produces television and works to develop a brand.

There had been little to No cross over. Titles aren't widely recognized. But I believe that is what they are building up too.

We were on track for that but opportunities for others put a halt to things. As of now you have James Morgan as the United Television Champion and Cold Cold World as United Tag Champs. OH and I'm told our show is available in your area over Time Warner. Look for Youtoo America if you have the service.

For those who may be interested, I visited with 12 promotions from up and down the east coast and midwest. About 6 of them are on board and once we have everything in place we'll make an announcement. One promotion might really shock you too.
