Truly excited for the slow build resurgence of the NWA. The respect being shown for tradition, between the guests legend being used at their various events to the use of the “Crockett Cup” name to determine their current tag champions, is outstanding.
I hope Corgan is on track with his extended business plan for the brand but I’m anxious to see the NWA regain the prominence it had in past generations. To that end, I hope to continue to see their championships defended across multiple promotions but ultimately hope to see a NWA television program sooner rather than later.

Nick Aldis vs Marty Scrull for the NWA title added to the show. That sounds like it should be a very entertaining title match. Their long personal history should add to the fact that they each are talented wrestlers that can pull an audience into a match. i hope Corgan can continue to get Aldis booked against highly respected talent across multiple promotions world-wide (adds to the increasing re-branding of the NWA title) but would really love to see them move to a full roster and a regular stand-alone program, preferably on tv, but even an internet NWA show would still be a proper step forward.

The Rock N Roll Express are in....Why?? Because of their history with the NWA and they are a legendary tag team is only reason I can think of. It draws the nostalgia crowd and I'm ok with it based on their previous accomplishments. Looks good for the tournament to have a well known team (as long as not pushed to strongly). They are still very active as a team in the Tennesse area. See them booked a few times a year around this area.

They were already there for the meet and greet. Is it really a bigger boost to have them in the tournament?
