You have to trained at 100%, unfortunately that can cause injuries. I think UFC need to announcement replacement fighters ahead of schedule. I see the UFC is opening up more gyms and recently team of with Team Exos. I can see maybe in 2-3 years the UFC controlling training camps. There is a difference with sparring and actually fighting. I hope that the UFC doesn't accomplish that cause I think that MMA needs more promotions to create competition.

Things happen, but recently things have been happening a lot and happening to Champions about to defend their title.
Just seems odd to me.

Tony Ferguson had to pull out the UFC Tampa show next week due to fluid in lungs but there is a possibility the fight be reschedule for the UFC FS1 show on 5/29.
Guys are dropping like flies.

Add in striking with 8 points of contact, grappling & throwing on a mat or in a cage & the opportunities to get hurt increases exponentially

Conor retirement broke the internet lol.
I don't take this seriously, I expect the two sides to come to terms about money. Maybe not in time for 200 but they will. What else Conor going to do? Seriously

Seriously I think Conor was tired of the media travel. IF he does retire Belator to give him the moon to come out of retirement.

I love what Bellator is doing. They already had two $1 million gates this year. They have some of the top amature wrestlers like Pico and Ruth debuting later this year. Henderson debut this Friday. If you compare it to pro wrestling, the so called number two's ROH/TNA can't draw those type of gates. Hell, I don't think WCW at it peak did a $1 million gate. Conor or GSP in Bellator would shake up the business.
