The night before he defended against 3rd generation wrestler, Grandson of Afa the Wild Samoan, Son of Headshrinker Samu, Lance Anoa'i.. That match is way more intriguing to me.. This was Lance's 2nd shot at the NWA Championship...

I watched the show also and was a eh to OK match. Aldis looked good and the title was respected.

In the last NWA Report I recorded, I had suggested that Nick Aldis would more than likely take part of the Australian Tour of the House of Hardcore. At that point, it was just my speculation. Aldis confirmed it this morning on twitter that he'll be in Australia.

So many dates for House of Hardcore tours in Australia. Perhaps, not all of them are Title defenses. Maybe he will involved in some type of Tag Match or such in some of the show.

Hey, guys, informative board you have here. I'm back into wrestling after twenty years because Billy bought the NWA and I'm flipping loving it. I had dipped my toe back into WWE a few times over the years but wasn't much into it - too much like watching X-factor doing wrestling. Enjoyed watching Lesnor and Triple H but that's about it. I have checked out quite a bit of NWA, WCW, and WWF on the internet in the last decade. Not a big fan of all this flippy stuff going on these days.
I checked out this board around christmas time but I was put-off by too much complaining for my liking. Though, now that more has happened, I see that a lot of you guys seem to be enjoying it too, and you guys are wise enough to appreciate the NWA's approach to the restart.
Jay, fair-play on travelling to China. I hope that you had a great time. I'm considering flying from the UK to the US if there is an announcement soon about an NWA title shot at Ring of Honor All In. I've had some family troubles this year but would've loved to go to China.
Fred, it would be great for you to give Bill and Dave a bit more of a chance. Even though they said they hope to have a show by spring, complaining in the first couple of days in April is a little off-putting. I read that you have worked on NWA in some form. Would be great to know more about ypu involvement.
Anyway,I've caught a couple of matches in the Aldis Crusade here in England and was very surprised at how much I enjoyed the nights. I hadn't been to see wrestling since I saw WWF at Earls Court in the early nineties and I'll definitely go to more.

One of the shows I saw was the IPW show in Milton Keynes against Starr. Very enjoyable! I'll certainly go again. What is your role in IPW?

I've had some family troubles this year but would've loved to go to China. First off, welcome to the board! You'll find we're all pretty likable and attractive human beings. Secondly, China was amazing. I'm so grateful to David Marquez for allowing me to tag-a-long. It was very unique to capture so much of what was going on leading up to the event. Dining with sponsors, meeting the local promoters, and seeing the fans embrace the wrestling. I'm currently writing about my experience, that I'm hoping to get published in a print. Lastly, I don't know if the NWA will be All In, but from the very beginning I thought that it would make prefect sense, under the right set of circumstances. I'm pretty sure both sides have interest, just not sure if it'll happen.

Thanks very much!
Very cool of Dave Marquez. What did you have to eat? I like a dogburger as much as the next man but it does tend to bring a few frowns my way. I'm sure we'll all be looking to reading about the trip.
Was All In mentioned at all while you were with the guys? If it was mentioned, and you have that opinion, then that would be a bummer.

I own IPW and previously was a NWA affiliate with my previous promotion Fight! Nation.

Well as the 10lbs of Gold video indicated, there is talk of the NWA World Champion being involved. But in what capacity, I can't say. Nothing was concrete and anything I'd suggest would be purely speculation. I do know Lagana and Aldis are open to working with many different promotions. But they won't work with anyone who would tarnish the NWA image. I mean, it makes sense, they're very protective of the brand. And big things are coming... just not coming fast enough for some.

All In already keep an eye on NWA. Whether they will finally call the NWA or not, just stay tuned.
