 Casino Royale 2016 at the Gold Coast in Las Vegas, in conjunction with the 51st Cauliflower Alley Club Reunion, will see this Inter-Promotional Six-Man Tag Team match between Team Circle City Wrestling and Team Blue Collar-Wrestling. This match will have more than bragging rights at stake, as the person who scores the win by pinfall or submission not only wins the match for their team, but takes away the title of the person who suffers the defeat! CCW puts the NWA Heritage title, NWA CCW Midwest title and NWA CCW Television title all on the line.  Of course, what is Casino Royale, without the Casino Royale Rumble? The Sixth-Annual Casino Royale Rumble will take place night one on April 10, with participants entering according to the number of entry drawn. Then, the second night on April 11 with begin with the Second Chance Battle Royal, which is contested under the more traditional rules of all participants starting at once. The winners of these two matches will then compete in the main event for the 2016 Cauliflower Alley Cup! Participants have until one-hour prior to the beginning of the event on each night to enter, and there will be a cut-off for the Second Chance Battle Royal which will be determined. I saw Jannetty on YouTube recently and he looked really healthy which is good. Big fan of Sinn Bodhi as well ever since I saw him perform in 2009-2010 (Don't remember) here in Australia.

I don't envy Billy and Joseph in trying to put on this event. You have every indie wrestler around at this convention....who wants to be part of. There are only so many matches and spots available. There is no way you will make everyone happy. Best of luck to them, they are two really good guys.

The part that is difficult is when someone comes up, says they want a match that day--no previous contact before--that they've been working for 20+ years, and have done this, that, what have you, and that they haven't heard of 90% of the people on the show.
It's like, not to be disrespectful, but I'm usually pretty blunt and, 90% of the people on the show have never heard of you, including myself, so... yeah.

I know exactly the situation you are talking about....or at least one of them. It was the reason for my post. It's a pattern of behavior that drives a lot of people away. It's what drove me away. |
