For Bobby Dumcum Jr. It was wrong place wrong time! WCW enough said. When you have 2 of the best to ever lace up the boots, Hennig and Windham doing that stupid Redneck gimmick, you have no clue what your doing.

No Limit Soldiers weren't that great but they were over. I hear the big guy in the group was making 750,000 a year, dude never even wrestled.

Master P at the time was worth over $300 million, WCW was just a hobby to him. However, it was smart for WCW to work with No Limit,Leno,Malone,Rodman and Nascar because they all were super hot back then. Meltzer was just talking about it yesterday that Nitro drew over 30,000 4 times, that is amazing when you think about it.

I agree with you Shawn, a lot of people disagree but I think using celebrities the right way is obviously a really good thing. People talk smack about Leno but Hogan and Bischoff both appeared in a relatively lengthy segment on Leno's show and they received tons of publicity. Same with Malone and Rodman who both got more eyes on WCW.
The only issue I have is when the celebrity overpowers the wrestler. Leno somehow outwrestling Hogan should never have happened. Should have tagged Leno in at the end and had him beat down Bischoff but him getting Hogan in am arm lock or whatever it was should never have happened but hey, it didn't hurt Hogan's value so what do I know?
