I've watched a couple of weeks. It has improved. It just sucks now.

I liked some of the talents they brought in and back but it's just not the same. Eli Drake was getting a nice push but now it's almost like he's getting lost in the shuffle even after one of the most entertaining segments ever from earlier this year.I was thrilled that they brought in Jax Dane aka Wilcox even if it's in a tag team. Some of the guys that came in have X in them for some reason. Whatever happened to Aron Rex also? Is he hurt? The DCC just kinda went nowhere with it looking like it was almost a springboard for Storm to become number contender for the TNA title which didn't again didn't amount to anything even though they hyped it up like it was. Maybe that was the plan? This seems to be a trend though. Decay are really cool but Crazy Steve I believe is headed to NXT so I don't know what's to become of them but Rosemary has been a favorite of mine for some time. Glad she's still K.O. Champion. I'll be happy if she never loses the title but the division is a bit weak or weaker now. I also like Lashley alot as TNA champion but there's a lack of competition and the GFW merger doesn't help any unless the intention is to merge all the titles at some point to create actual "Impact" championships since the name change and all? I think I read they are but not sure if it's to happened anytime soon? Slammiversary? I don't even know they made Karen an on screen character? She's more annoying than Dixie and the current announcers angle makes it unbearable to watch. Both come off as very whiny. I think I have an idea though. This was back in February of this year. SourceSo we've been in the Jarrett era for a bit now and I would have made this part of a separate thread but I'll just leave it here but I might make a note of it if I still make it. I still watch it since I can tolerate it more than the stuff WWE has on weekly but it's still hard to watch at times. I don't think I've sat through an entire show since the Broken's were there.

After watching Impact last week I think I've burned my retinas. I've been scarred. How is this "promotion" still going?! Vince knows it ducks so bad he doesn't even want to waste his money on it.

I don't think its Vince not wanting it, I mean I'm sure he wouldn't mind but it's probably not within his budget and I don't think Anthem would sell unless they get a nice amount but again I don't know if he is even able to purchase it. Vince also loses interest in stuff easily. Just recently there was talks of buying ROH but then Sinclair the companies which is there main financial backing got a new deal which made ROH will help ROH grow more which would be more than Vince was willing to dish out.
The only reason why Vince would purchase either company if he could is for the library which doesn't say much about what he thinks of the talents within both. I mean I'm sure some would be willing to go into WWE/NXT but not all would be welcomed unfortunately. Just look at who's stayed around from the last companies he bought.
For a guy like Sting, it took the number of problems within the TNA and good amount of years with them before he even considered going to WWE but by then he was way past his prime and the good years he had left he spent in TNA. They brought Goldberg back not long ago to try and erase the bad taste both left over 10 years ago.
For all TNA's faults, it still helps they are around because because it's gives people a chance to watch something else that's more accessible since it's on tv especially if they don't own a computer or are willing to spend money on dvds/blu rays or even if they do have a computer cannot afford to watch other promotions online. Everything costs nowadays.

Well I have taped and watched the last few weeks main for Dane. And here is a breakdown of every show.
EC3 beats up James Storm Davy Richards and Angelina Love beat up Eddie Richards and his wife Somebody else gets beat up.
Oh and my "favorite" story line. JB's team wins against Matthews team so Matthews is off the announce team, for 1 1/2 weeks before he comes back and sits down in the middle of show. Gets punched by JB, which gets JB suspended, meanwhile with 3 authority figures in the back (hey who is in charge anyway) yet the heels beat up all the faces with no consequences.
Tell me again how Jarrett is Impacts savior...

This show seems to get worst by the week. As I said I like some of the talent but the overall stories just seem to go really nowhere.
They crowned a two new GFW champions in 2 weeks which only seemed to gain any kind of relevance when they merged with Impact by default.
I try to sit through an episode but I just cannot. I had to fast forward the majority the past two shows cause they have gotten pretty bad.

The booking sucks.
Notice how the two GFW title changes the titles basically went to TNA people. Will they bother to unify them or will they just fade away.
Does GFW have any other champions? Tag champions or a secondary title?
