Remember when WSX was kind of the Best and Worst things about wrestling? You either loved it or hated it. I remember it had some great tag teams. I always thought while WSX was owned by MTV, which was owned by Viacom, which also owned Spike TV, it would have been really fun to bring over the WSX guys to TNA. It would have instantly made the tag division 100 times better. It would have created an influx of a lot of young talent. Before Ricky Banderas was Mil Muertes he was the WSX Champion. Just off the top of my head, they would have had Matt Cross, Matt Sydal, Jack Evans, Seth Rollins, Colt Cabana, Luke Hawk, Teddy Hart, Scorpio Sky, Vampiro... and a ton of other guys.
I wonder if Lucha Underground does go under (pun intended) would Impact/Anthem attempt some buyout? Get those contracts under Impact contracts? Maybe even create an Invasion Angle?

They'd screw it up somehow.

They'd screw it up somehow. Of course they would. Jeff Jarret isn't Jerry Jarret. WCW ending days, World Wrestling All-Stars, TNA, has Jeff every produced anything that was really entertaining?
