Hero, really? Has Tony Brooklyn turn into Polejump? I could go extremely in on you if I really want to but I like to keep it peaceful around here because its not that serious. One of the things I learned about this business is that most of the time people who claim they're in the know really don't know a thing. You really want to go "in" on someone? Do you think you have "facts"? I'd really like to see what you think you know. I think it would be a poor idea Shawn, to go in on people who were actually involved in the matter. A similar thing happened to me when I left Force One, and I had a field day with all of what they "thought" they knew about me, and my personal life. Yeah, go down that road...... Like I said, it's not that serious and pointless. Just remember, not too long ago you guys talk shit about Tony more than anyone. But hey, everything is all good now..........

Again, I understand your comprehension is limited. I've already said that I did Fred wrong. Phil, being a true friend, stuck by Fred's side. I earned any heat I got....and have since done my best to make amends for my poor choices. As I've said before, I picked the wrong guy. I failed...and it had consequences that affected Fred. I don't blame him one bit for any anger he harbored toward me....and I would expect Phil to support his friend 100%. It's just that simple. I hope that makes things easier for you to understand. Here's the good news, amends have been made and our friendship is restored. It was great to see Fred last week....and now it will be fun to move forward in our common efforts. Why? Because "you deserve justice"!

I agree but at least Chris is trying make things right, while your boy keeps running the NWA into the dirt. Also aren't people allowed to learn, grow and change their opinions?

Chris gives out a bad vibe. The tone is getting progressively worse. I expect this type of behavior from polejump but not Chris.

Well look at it from his perspective, he sided with this lawyer to sue the previous group, won and then watched his partner ran round playing Vince while he did all the work only to get screwed over by that partner. You would be pissed too.

Surely, a man of your erudition does not seek to impeach fact-supported truth, do you, Shawn? If so, please rebut what Mister Brooklyn proffers with facts - not baseless contradictory labeling. I would think you capable of that at a bare minimum, Shawn. Getting " progressively worse?" Most accurate verbiage if you're talking about the steady disintegration of a once-proud hallmark in the industry or the misleadership that currently serves as the guiding light that is taking it straight to the zenith of ruin and disgrace. Shawn, do cite the attendance; caliber of house shows; number of subscribers to the " network" that makes the NBC peacock shed its' feathers or the merchandise bonanza that has Mattel and Hasbro working overtime; international partnerships (hope the person-in-mention didn't buy too many Yen), etc. (Run-on sentence very much intended) Most of all, Shawn - - what type of behavior should others expect from you? Hang tough, Shawn. You deserve justice!

When you don't like the truth, you make excuses or cast blame. Shawn's reaction is one I'm very familiar with. Not everyone can handle the truth.

Tony and Fred were happy with the crooked judge. Until they weren't.

Tony and Fred were happy with the crooked judge. Until they weren't. One thing is for certain, Wiz. If " the judge" is found to be " crooked," it is highly improbable Hizzoner will be happy with Tony and Fred. Sometimes - - Justice Deserves Justice.

They don't say I'm wrong, they just attack me. The crooked judge was just fine until he and Tharpe turned on them. Marquez and the other bodies didn't matter. Justice.

I challenge you to find a post where I have mentioned the judge you mention...or any judge for that matter. Second, I was in court, when a witness for the Pro Wrestling Org group virtually conceded the case due to conflicting testimony. It doesn't matter who the judge would be in such a case, it (his decision) was an obvious one to make. Next, I only spoke to the judge once that I recall...and that was during my time on the stand as a witness in the case vs Pro Wrestling Org. That said, based on my former partner's comments, he certainly did seem to have favorable standing and access to the judge. It's not a relationship I knew of prior to the outset of the litigation. It became obvious as things unfolded. It's not unreasonable to conclude that his ability to operate on a home court could possibly help his cause(s). Just being a lawyer and being able to use the system for continuances, etc. helped. "Run the meter" seemed to be the game plan in many if not all of the cases I was involved with, or had knowledge of.

I didn't have a horse in the race with the "crooked judge". I've had a friendship with Fred that goes back to 1997, when I first started the WrestlingGuys radio/internet show. I don't know & don't care about any judge. I had friends on the old BOD going back to that time as well, and was sorry to see the company vanish the way it did, despite my friendship with Fred, and the fact that he may have reaped rewards from it at the time. Are you claiming the "crooked judge" was crooked during the lawsuit that resulted in the three men taking possession of the NWA? If so, do you have proof, or is that simply what you heard? 2. I don't see where either Chris or Fred attacked you. I certainly confronted you, but when someone enters a forum & makes a bold statement like you did, and has contributed nothing else of any value to the forum, it causes me to think that you are either a troll looking to start trouble so you can sit back & watch any drama that you thought might ensue as a result of your comment, or someone already in this forum who may have some axe to grind with either Fred or Chris, or maybe Bruce himself. I don't hide behind internet personas, so I tend to look at them with some disdain, especially when accusations are made about people that I'm friends with, and I know better. Grow a pair, and make the same accusation with a name behind it.

" Crooked Judge?" Surely an altruistic person who, by his declaratory statement, knows a Judge is " crooked" should feel a duty to share the evidence he/she might have with the proper authorities so this " crooked judge" is brought to justice and not left to victimize others. "Marquez and the other bodies (corpses, Wiz???) didn't matter?" Again a conclusion, Wiz - a conclusion you fail to support with records, facts, etc. C'mon, Wiz, give it up - - your audience deserves no less. The fact is that you have no earthly idea of what took place at any time, at any place. Right, Wiz? Yes, right. Wiz, try reading what Tony wrote. Better yet, why not get a copy of the court transcript and see that what Tony says in unimpeachable. Go get 'em, Wiz - - America is with you all the way!

Looks like El Presidente is looking to establish a new home court. Rocky Mountain High baby!
As I've said before....geographical cures don't work. No matter where you go....there you are.
Colorado bar exam or Japan? Colorado bar exam or Japan? Must have been a tough choice.
